∎ B.Sc or M.Sc in Fisheries/ Marine Biology

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Meet fish feed (floating and sinking) sales target to achieve the company profitability
∎ Accelerate the sales growth creating new customers and retaining existing customers
∎ Coordinate with agents and dealers to ensure on-time credit realization
∎ Visit fish farmers, receive complaints, collect the sample for testing, diagnose diseases and advise medication, if necessary
∎ Guide farmers for creating a favorable environment in ponds/lake such as water and soil condition to ensure an effective fish culture
∎ Build and promote long term relationships with farmers to regain business and be aware of competitor's business status

Additional Requirements:
∎ 2 - 3 years of experience in Fish Feed Sales and Technical Services
∎ have excellent computer operating skills, particularly in MS Word, Excel and Power Point
∎ have good selling, negotiation, and persuasive skills
∎ have adequate knowledge on geographical areas in Bangladesh
∎ have excellent verbal, written communication skills
∎ have the ability to work under pressure and problem-solving skills

Salary:
∎ Depending upon the qualification, experience and profile of the candidate, remuneration will be competitive.
