Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the operation of Compost (Organic Fertilizer) Plant and manage poultry litter, plant labor, and security.
∎ Supervise and manage the composting process, machines, equipment, vehicles, and raw materials, finished goods and delivery process.
∎ Monitor the technical parameters of input materials and the quality control of finished goods.
∎ Ensure that processing is done correctly to produce high-quality organic fertilizer.
∎ Manage local challenges relevant to the operation of the compost plant.
