Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee the operation of Compost (organic fertilizer) Plant and manage poultry litter, plant labor, and security.
∎ Supervise and manage the composting process, machines, equipment, vehicles, and raw materials. finished goods and delivery process.
∎ Monitor the technical parameters of input materials and the quality control of finished goods.
∎ Ensure that processing is done correctly to produce high-quality organic fertilizer.
∎ Manage local challenges relevant to the operation of the compost plant.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have good communication skills in English and Bangla.
∎ Proficient in basic computer applications.
∎ Good administrative sense and problem-solving ability.
∎ Ability to interact with local rural people and to develop better relationships with neighbors.
