Responsibilities & Context:
Depot Management:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the distribution depot.
Ensure proper inventory management, stock accuracy, and adherence to safety standards.
Plan and utilize storage space efficiently to maximize capacity and minimize handling time
Logistics Management:
Plan and coordinate dispatch schedules to ensure timely delivery as per demand planning.
Optimize transportation routes and costs while maintaining service quality.
Track vehicle movement and delivery performance.
Damage Product Reconciliation:
Manage reconciliation of damaged products and market returns.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Sales, Demand Planning, and Finance teams to align distribution activities with business objectives.
Job Other Benifits:
Monthly Gross CTC: BDT 50,000-60,000
