We are looking for interested candidates as Sr. Officer – Admin (Manager) for YRC who has initiative, experience in the following sector, drive and self-motivation to take on challenges to deliver high-quality results.
Job Responsibilities:
The following job duties are general requirements and are not to be considered all-inclusive;
Administrative work:
To Manage & Control overall administration department and its activities.
Front Desk Management.
Monitor & follow-up Company Administration team for ensuring office administration & Logistics support for smooth operations.
Ensure & monitor overall security service of the organization.
Ensure various procurement of the organization.
Ensure regular transportation support for officials based on priority.
Handling disciplinary issues from admin side of the organization.
Ensure smooth operation of the company by providing required administrative support to all departments & employees.
Assist HOD for effective execution of administrative functions of the office.
Ensure required printing related issues of the organization on time.
Communicate with the concern SBU’s/stakeholders (both internal & external) for their needs in aspect of organizational requirement.
Facility Management:
Manage daily Dinning/Canteen facilities of the organization and ensure food for officials.
Ensure office beautification & Housekeeping/Cleaning.
Ensure regular communication with the service vendor for required service on time.
Ensure various facilities to entertain expat & delegates as per necessity.
Managing various events, corporate tours, launching new offices.
Asset Management:
Corporate Office
Operation Office
Repair & Maintenance:
Ensure repair & maintenance of office equipment’s, AC, Generator etc.
Ensure proper servicing & maintenance of all company vehicles based on necessity.
Ensure office furniture & fixture repair work as & when required.
Delegate Support:
Protocol.
Refreshment & Accommodation.
Transport support.
Compliance:
Responsible to develop different policy & procedures in aspect of organization needs as per management guideline.
Ensure to update different documents, licenses, agreements (Vehicle, Security Service, office cleanliness) etc. on time
