Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any Discipline, preferably Commerce background.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Commercial documents for Import & Export operation.
∎ Know how to open LC (Letter of Credit).
∎ Import documents (Bill of Exchange, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Buyer Packing List, Truck challan, Beneficiary Certificate, Shipping Bill, etc.) and others documents prepare for Buyer, Customs and Bank purpose.
∎ Taking care of total import; both local and foreign for dyes, chemicals, salt, yarn fabrics accessories etc.
∎ Capable of doing all sorts of works related to Customs & Bond like preparing Utilization Declaration (UD), Utilization Permission (UP), Customs Audit Process, Preparation of Allocation Sheet, etc.
∎ Operations regarding HS code, Customs Act, Import Policy, Export Policy, Bond formalities and other related laws applicable for Import & Export.
∎ Capable of doing works related to C & F agent.
∎ Know how to work with ERP Software.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Applicant should have experience of commercial work in knit Composite Garments & Textile Industry.
∎ Should have knowledge on the customs & International Trade rules.
∎ Having sound knowledge of Clearing & Forwarding (C&F), Customs Bond rules & regulations etc.
