∎ Frequently market visit for monitoring the actual scenario of the distributors.
∎ Identifying the problems of the distributors and maintaining communication with the concerned departments; all identifying issues are followed up until settle down.
∎ Verify distributors different kinds of benefits.
∎ Assess new showroom proposals.
∎ To monitor whether distributors are properly informed about the company sales policies & offers or not.
∎ Ensure distributor staff are proficient with company apps & Confirm distributor staff product knowledge.
∎ Resolve any distributor-raised issues promptly.
∎ Collect Market Share and competitor analysis findings by market visit.
