Responsibilities & Context:
Order follow-up/co-ordination.
Handling big order.
Follow up orders with vendors and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.
Review and confirm purchase orders.
Handling customer’s inquiries.
Monitor and check production status.
Follow up with planning/production/commercial team & ensure shipment move on time.
Provide advice on design and samples to meet customers requirements.
