∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Negotiate with buyers, participate in the bidding process and obtain order confirmation in terms of price, costing, quality and lead-time
∎ • Execute pre-production and production procedures and activities.
∎ • Monitoring Product Development & Costing of all Inquiries.
∎ • Follow up on sample developments and production with a high degree of personal responsibility.
∎ • Follow up total order from development to shipment.
∎ • Work closely with QA to ensure the best final product. Have to take care of all aspects of quality from initial to the final stage of the production
∎ • Participate in Buying Meeting; Cost Price Negotiations; Order Finalization
∎ • Maintain Customer Relationship Management (CRM) by visiting buyers, attending buyer's meeting, introducing promotional activities and meeting customer need through close follow up with them
∎ • Searching & Sourcing of Raw Materials (Trims, Fabrics) for the Confirmed Orders.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ • Must have deep knowledge of all kinds of fabrics & accessories.
∎ • Tracking of Materials Booking; P/I Issuance; L/C Settlement & On-time In-housing
∎ • Monitoring of bulk Production; Reviewing Action Calendar / Critical Path Management
∎ • Sorting out of all Production Issues; Product Safety & Risk Assessments; Materials Non-conformity; Due Diligence
∎ • Monitoring overall activities of Buyers, Suppliers, commercial, to ensure production & shipment on time
∎ • Age 27 to 38 years
∎ • Both males and females are allowed . specially competent females are encourage to apply.
∎ • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
∎ • Good knowledge of using Microsoft Office & Excel
∎ • Self-Driven, Matured & Result Oriented
∎ • Think Differently and possess Can-Do Attitudes
∎ • Must be hard Working & deadline-oriented
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ As per company service rules including P.F facilities.
