Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) Minimum Graduate in Textile Technology / Apparel Manufacturing / Fashion Design or any related discipline.
∎ Skills Required: Knit garments, Knitwear Merchandising, Production Management (Knitting & Weaving)

∎ 5 to 9 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Kint Garments, Knit garments consumption, Knitting Production, Knitwear Merchandising
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow-up order independently from development to shipment with highest level of accuracy.
∎ Visit to factories as per schedule to ensure all the garments are produced as per buyer's requirements.
∎ Prepare buyer & factory T&A plans and be able to oversee sampling, production & quality ensuring all orders are shipped on time with the right Quality.
∎ Follow up production as per approved T & A and attend PP meeting.
∎ Communicate with suppliers for: raw materials, booking and delivery.
∎ Maintain Fabric, Accessories booking and in-house on time.
∎ Monitor and check production status.
∎ Coordinate with production, CSR, QA, Logistic & other related departments.
∎ Communicate with customers/Buyer from sampling to shipment and update everyday accordingly.
∎ Follow up with planning/production/commercial team & ensure shipment on time.
∎ Work closely with QA to ensure best final product. Have to take care of all aspects of quality from initial to final stage of the production.
∎ Preference for those who has experienced in using ERP software.
∎ To ensure on time shipment as per buyer's quality standard.
∎ Follow up & Coordination with commercial, accessories, procurement, design, sampling, production and other associated departments to ensure on time shipments and related activities.
∎ Proper execution of orders according to planned 'Time and Action Plan' on regular basis to ensure on time shipment with right quality and quantity.
∎ Work closely with the Top Management to develop and deliver strategic plans and goals and identify risk, mitigating factors and potential opportunities for the future.
∎ Collaborate with top management to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes and resources.
∎ Remain up-to-date about all the technologies and techniques, trends, competitors and all aspects of the company target.
∎ Develop the market and perform all marketing activities to secure the sustainability and growth in market as per company's marketing plans.
∎ Establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base to achieve maximum profitability and growth in line with company objectives.
∎ Deal with the buyers independently for all aspects of marketing and merchandising activities including marketing, sourcing, price quoting, negotiating, collecting orders, shipment etc.
∎ Develop and implementation of Marketing communications strategies, commercialization plans and activities with the budget allocations in consultation with management.
∎ Ensure periodic reporting to the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 4 years of job experience in Knit for Merchandiser in any buying house.
∎ Should be long term planner and must be gentle.
∎ Self-motivated; good communication and interpersonal skills; negotiation and decision making skills.
∎ Good command over written, spoken English and Bangla language.
∎ Must have good knowledge in garments products.
∎ Can calculate all cost sheet, budget and fabrics booking sheet, BOM sheet.
∎ Can maintain time and action plan.
∎ Can solver critical path.
∎ Order to order follow up - Fit Sample, Lab Dip, PP Sample, Photo Sample, Shipping Sample, Test Sample.
∎ In overall order collect to shipment he must follow all method.
