∎ 5 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developments to shipment order execution & all work activities prepare by T&A.
∎ Ensure smooth communications with buyers on day-to-day merchandising activities and approvals.
∎ Prepare costing sheets with all the necessary breakdowns from factories & negotiate with buyer regarding costing sheet.
∎ Inquire about prices and arrange for all fabric and trims from local and overseas suppliers for new requests.
∎ Monitor supplier performance and compliance to maintain product quality and reliability.
∎ Understand buyer requirements and closely work with design team to manage the correct samples within timeliness and quality.
∎ Ensure on time sourcing of trims, accessories, and fabrics (both overseas and local).
∎ Follow up on sample developments and production with a high degree of personal
∎ responsibility.
∎ Arrange lab dip, trims, bulk fabric color, and quality testing for customer approval.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be able to take responsibility with honesty, sincerity, and professionalism
∎ Must have excellent communication skills
∎ Must have very good command in English
∎ Must be self-motivated and self-organized with a positive attitude
∎ Must possess a high degree of correspondence & analytical ability
∎ Should have experience in working with ERP
∎ Need experience of handling global customers
