Experience:

Basic Requirements:

• Must have extensive experience in product development, sourcing of materials, costing, production tracking and execution of orders independently·      
• Have sound knowledge of fabrics and an excellent network of fabric, print, embroidery & trims suppliers.
• Must be knowledgeable of garments construction and costing, specifically Woven and Knit fabric properties, fabric printing and surface applications (e.g., heat transfer, embroideries, screen-printing), Kids wear product safety and integrity.      
• Profound knowledge of woven and knit garment engineering and production processes is required.
• Must be capable to handle buyers independently.

Experience:

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Multinational Companies, Garments, Buying House   

• Ensure smooth communications with customers and suppliers on day-to-day merchandising activities and approvals.
• Independently execute woven and knit product development.
• Understand customer requirements and closely work with design team to manage the quality samples within time frame.
• Arrange lab dip, trims, bulk fabric color, and quality test for customer approval.
• Prepare costing sheets with all the necessary breakdowns.
