∎ HSC
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Mechanical, Sewing machine main
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Trouble shooting all of the machineries spending minimal machine breakdown loss time.
∎ Layout the machineries according to the different style requirement.
∎ Maintaining all the equipment/machineries of the factory in proper working condition by providing support to ensure optimum production in all segments.
∎ Optimizing equipment according to standard procedure, enhancing performance and product quality.
∎ Identifying & implementing various measures to improve the efficiency of the machineries.
∎ Providing maintenance related required support to the production and any other task assign by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have knowledge on APW, KANSAI, FOA, Chain Stitch, Eyelet hole, Blind Stitch, Berteak, Button Stitch, Button Hole of JUKI, BROTHER,ZOJE, KANSAI and other brand machinery.
∎ Must have sound knowledge on smooth operation of electronics types of machinery and maintenance.
∎ Technical problem solving ability with analytical skills as per quality standard based of RMG production.
∎ Must possess very good interpersonal skills, to maintain effective relationship with workers, supervisors and managers; and also have positive attitude.
∎ Must have vast knowledge in mechanical/maintenance activities of woven & denim bottom garments.
Salary: Negotiable
