Practical Work experience in ISP and Telecom Sector. Sales experience in computer and Network products will be appreciated.
Experienced & Excellent in English & Bangla Communication both in writing and Speaking.
Able to work under pressure, with the corporate manner, Self-Directed and Multi Tusker.
Responsibilities & Context:
Proficiency in managing customers over phone calls, follow-ups, and texts is mandatory.
Respond to incoming messages and phone inquiries.
Determine to support or assist customers after sales.
Manage official Facebook pages accordingly and collect leads from relevant sources.
Maintain records and other documentation and up-to-date daily and monthly sales reports.
Handle & resolve customer complaints and communicate issues with the team`s help.
Set up a positive mind for any other tasks assigned by the management.
Record sales and order information or enter sales information into a computer system.
Review your own sales performance, aiming to meet sales targets.
