∎ Minimum of 12 years of experience in denim wet processing within the RMG industry, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.
∎ In-depth knowledge of denim washing, dyeing, and finishing techniques.
∎ Understanding of sustainability practices in wet processing.
∎ Proven experience in managing teams, with strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
∎ Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and drive improvements in production processes.
∎ Familiarity with ERP systems and industry-specific software for process management.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for Wet & Dry process operation from Sample Development up to Bulk production.
∎ Fully responsible for washing production output, product quality and on-time shipment.
∎ Give continuous guidance to the washing staff for machine utilization and target daily production.
∎ Involvement in monitoring of materials (Chemicals) stock for uninterrupted operation.
∎ Develop and implement best practices to optimize wet processing techniques, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
∎ Monitor product quality at each stage of the wet process and work with quality assurance teams to address any issues.
∎ Lead, mentor, and train a team of supervisors, technicians, and operators, ensuring effective workforce management.
∎ Implement sustainable practices in line with industry standards and the company's sustainability goals, reducing water and chemical consumption.
∎ Work closely with the R&D team to develop new washes and finishes, stay updated on market trends, and bring innovative ideas to the production floor.
∎ Manage departmental budgets, reduce production costs, and ensure adherence to financial goals.
∎ Ensure all processes comply with safety, environmental, and legal regulations.
