Key Responsibilities:

• Manage local and international procurement, sourcing, commercial, and supply chain operations to ensure timely availability of materials, machinery, and finished goods.

• Handle import-export activities including global sourcing, LC/PI processing, shipment coordination, customs clearance, and supplier communication.

• Develop strong relationships with local and international vendors while negotiating pricing, contracts, and payment terms for cost optimization.

• Coordinate with production, warehouse, finance, engineering, and planning teams to forecast demand and maintain optimum inventory levels.

• Monitor supplier performance, market trends, logistics operations, and resolve issues related to shipment delays, quality, or supply disruptions.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and trade regulations while preparing SCM reports, documentation, and performance analysis for management review.
