• 6 to 10 years

1. In process quality checking in process floor, WIP, FG store, RM store to meet the finished product specification of Keya cosmetics Ltd.

2. QC analysis planning for finished products, Raw materials, Packaging materials for different products and report preparation.

3. Preparation of GMP related documents, e.g., SOP, Batch Card and in process control etc.

4. Providing technical support to Marketing Dept. for New Product Development (NPD) & Existing Product Development (EPD) launching as per schedule.

5. Formulation development, costing calculation, Source development, artwork and packing development Rework of formulation, market survey of NPD(new product development)

6. To find out different non conformances in different stage of production and trouble shooting of the product.

7. Calibration and trouble shooting of QC equipment.

8. To handle with market complaint of our product and root cause analysis of complaint sample and take corrective and preventive action of this market complaint.

9. Monitoring and supervision of team.

10. To conduct Benchmarking of our products with different market Leader products.

11. To provide proper training to QC personnel to ensure to carry out the job properly. To conduct training to store, Production and QC personnel to implement QMS system.

12. Ensure reliable and efficient laboratory operation.

13. To coordinate with supply chain management dept and supplier to ensure good quality RM & PM and source development.

    To handle with supplier audit and take corrective and preventive action of their findings and Responsibilities.
