Experience:
Master`s degree in Economics, Business, Development Studies, Social Science or related field from a reputed institution.
Qualification:
7-10 years of relevant experience, preferably in impact measurement, ESG/CSR analytics, strategic
design in large conglomerates, consulting or development sector
Experience in working with senior leadership and high-level reporting for them
Technical Competencies
Experience in designing and operationalizing impact frameworks and KPIs at a corporate/group level.
Familiarity with international impact measurement standards (e.g, GRI, IRIS+, IFC Performance Standards, or B Impact).
Strong capability in data analytics, visualization, and report writing (Power BI, Excel, SPSS/Stata/R). Strong presentation and storytelling skills using PowerPoint, Excel and the likes

Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in various research methodologies (quan-qual-mixed).

The role holder will design, operationalize, and institutionalize ACI Group`s impact measurement and management (IMM) system, enabling evidence/insights-driven decision-making across all business units. The role ensures that ACI`s strategic initiatives and investments generate measurable economic, social, and environmental value, aligned with corporate goals, ESG standards, and Bangladesh`s national development agenda.
Key Responsibilities
1.Impact Framework and Measurements
Develop and institutionalize an enterprise-wide impact measurement framework aligned with ACI`s strategy, ESG standards, and national development priorities.
Define impact indicators and measurement methodologies across business units.
Integrate impact KPIs into the corporate performance dashboard and business scorecards.
2. Impact Data Systems and Analytics
Lead the design and implementation of impact data systems combining collection, validation, and analysis.
Translate impact data into business insights to inform corporate decision-making, investment, and innovation.
Partner with the Corporate IT and Finance teams to embed impact analytics in digital performance systems (e.g, Power BI dashboards).
3. Impact-to-Strategy
Support the Director-Strategy & Planning in integrating impact metrics into strategic planning, business reviews and execution plans.
Evaluate the return on impact for corporate initiatives and sustainability investments.
Provide insights and recommendations to Group Leadership Team for scaling impactful interventions.
4. Reporting and Stakeholder Communication
Prepare quarterly and annual impact reports for the Board, Group Leadership, and external partners.
Develop sustainability report and align corporate reports with international standards and frameworks
Support corporate communications in articulating ACI`s impact narrative with external stakeholders
5. Partnership and Knowledge Building
Partner with academic institutions, think tanks, and development partners for joint research and evidence generation.
Facilitate internal learning sessions/workshops to promote impact literacy and evidence-based culture.
Represent ACI in national and international forums on sustainability and impact.
