• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Service Marketing, Marketing

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Professional training in Marketing & Sales will be an added advantage

Strong communication and negotiation skills. Excellent presentation and client-handling ability. Target-oriented and self-motivated. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Good knowledge of real estate products and market dynamics. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Smart, presentable, and professional attitude

Promote and sell real estate projects (Plot, Apartment, Hotel, Commercial Space, Duplex House, etc.)

Identify potential clients and generate leads through various marketing channels

Conduct client meetings, site visits, and project presentations

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth

Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports

Follow up with clients to ensure successful deal closure

Coordinate with internal teams (accounts, legal, engineering) for smooth sales processing

Maintain updated records of client interactions and sales activities

Participate in marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
