Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for Wash Subcontract Management, Marketing, Production, Quality and Delivery of Washing Company.
∎ Responsible to bulk washes, Garment Washing, Finishing, Coordination and Sampling.
∎ Co-ordination with merchandiser & central planning team to achieve ontime shipment.
∎ Responsible for a department where all type of washing issue need to solve for Denim and non-denim Product.
∎ Production follow up with subcontract washing Plant.
∎ Ensure product safety and quality.
∎ Plan and direct activities such as coordinating with other department heads as required.
∎ Research & Development for all wash processes for the sample.
∎ Manage and sustain a full functional Effluent Treatment Plant.
∎ Analyze, control and reduce cost and wastage.
∎ Maintain operational guidelines, procedures and practices.
∎ Manage, monitor and improve operational performance through process improvement, worker training, and technology upgrade.
∎ Manage work in progress costing, quality and tracking.
