Experience:

• 10 to 15 years

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management/Mechanical Engineering.

• MBA in Operations/Logistics (preferred).

• Certification in Fleet/Transport Management (added advantage).

• 10 to 15 years

• Age 35 to 48 years
• Only Male

• Expertise in logistics and supply chain management.

• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and fleet management.

• Proficiency in ERP/transport management software.

• Familiarity with GPS tracking and route optimization tools.

• Understanding of transport laws and compliance.

A. Logistics & Distribution Management:

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor the end-to-end distribution network for all business units (consumer electronics, industrial goods, electrical equipment).

• Optimize transportation routes and freight management to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

• Ensure timely and safe delivery of goods to dealers, retailers, and corporate clients.

B. Fleet & Vehicle Management:

• Maintain and update all vehicle documentation (fitness, insurance, permits, etc.).

• Oversee vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with safety standards.

• Manage fuel consumption, tolls, and other transport-related expenses.

C. Transport Allocation & Administration:

• Allocate company vehicles (personal cars) to employees as per policy.

• Maintain accurate logbooks and generate monthly reports for management review.

• Implement GPS tracking and monitoring systems for fleet efficiency.

D. Compliance & Vendor Management:

• Ensure adherence to transport regulations and legal requirements.

• Liaise with transport vendors, service providers, and government authorities.

• Negotiate contracts with logistics partners for better cost efficiency.

E. Any other work assigned by management.
