∎ Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods;
∎ Applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and production of various goods and services;
∎ Knowledge of IE, statistics, and their applications;
∎ Knowledge on ERP, oracle software, SPSS;
∎ Reporting skills, communication skill, production know how Up-to-date knowledge, and skills on garments manufacturing and washing;
∎ In-depth knowledge of denim products;
∎ Residence: Preferably in Gazipur;
∎ Team Leader with proactive interpersonal skills;
∎ Ability to work hard and control Pressure;
∎ Open-minded approach towards learning new skills and sharpening existing skill sets;
∎ Result-oriented and a strong desire of success;
∎ Self-starter & proactive;

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Implement best IE practices and ensure optimum utilization of the installed capacity to increase productivity and achieve on-time shipment maintaining expected quality standards through instituting appropriate production planning;
∎ Adopt best industrial engineering practices in every possible area for better productivity and ensure optimization of resources;
∎ Plan and execute the coming order by managing capacity both inside and outside of the organization and estimate the future workload, set a strategic plan to execute and give necessary directives to concerned departments;
∎ Apply statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, staff requirements, and production standards;
∎ Monitor the layout of equipment, materials, and workspace to illustrate maximum efficiency, using drafting tools and computer;
∎ Review production schedules, engineering specifications, and orders, estimate production cost, and related information to obtain knowledge of manufacturing methods, procedures, and activities. Implement lean manufacturing process;
∎ Monitor operations sequence, material flow, functional statements, organization charts, and project information to determine worker functions and responsibilities;
∎ Evaluate precision and accuracy of production and testing equipment and engineering drawings to formulate a corrective action plan;
∎ Analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and establish quality and reliability objectives of the finished product;
∎ Recommend methods for improving utilization of personnel, material, and utilities;
∎ Evaluate staff performance, disciplinary matters, training needs, and their career development;
∎ Regulate and alter workflow schedules according to established manufacturing sequences and lead times to expedite production operations;
∎ Ensures that quality, and compliance issues are taken as part of the job;
∎ Perform any other assignment as assigned by the superior and ensure and maintain a clean and tidy site.
