Position Summary

The Senior Manager – Production is responsible for leading and managing all production operations at the Habiganj facility. The role ensures achievement of production targets with optimal quality, cost efficiency, and safety while driving continuous improvement across processes, people, and systems.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily/weekly production schedules.

• Lead and supervise production teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Ensure product quality and compliance with SOPs and standards.

• Monitor KPIs, reduce downtime, and improve machine efficiency.

• Implement cost-saving, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Coordinate with Maintenance, QC, and Supply Chain for seamless production.

• Enforce safety, housekeeping, and compliance across the factory.
