Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Mechanical in Diploma in Tool and Die Making ,Advance CAD.CAM
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Advance certificate course in integrated CADCAM will be added advantage
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Candidate should have 15 years experience in the related field.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set up resources and facilities required for plastic injection mold and stamping tool servicing.
∎ Co-ordinate and support Engineering/SCM for procuring appropriate machinery & equipment for mold servicing facility.
∎ Ensures that all plastic injection moulds in the plant can run in good condition and reach the target of uptime.
∎ Make sure that mould section will have necessary spare parts and skill level.
∎ Capable to manage Mould breakdown and Preventive maintenance.
∎ Train and supervise employees for Mould troubleshooting to ensure safety, quality and productivity.
∎ Remove the bottlenecks from the existing issues on spares and modification of the same.
∎ Upgradation of existing & development of new mold with international mold makers as per product requirement.
∎ Conduct mould trials as per plan and deliver molded parts of desired quality.
∎ Develop and establish the systems for the mold changes SMED (Single Minute Exchange of Dies) to reduce downtime.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Salary: Basic salary-USD 1700, House rent-USD 300, Medical-USD 50 & Conveyance-USD 50 or equivalent BDT per month.
