∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Army, RMG Sectors, Security Affair

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Exercise command and control over Security and Fire Safety personnel of the factory compound.
∎ Notify Security and Fire Safety weaknesses and work to develop the better practices throughout the factory.
∎ Plan and conduct safety and security awareness meeting with Security & Fire Safety Personnel on periodical basis.
∎ Implement security/safety improvement measures that benefit the company's assets, visitors, foreign buyers, C-TPAT audit and employees as directed by Management.
∎ Monitor the leave, attendance, overtime and day-to-day problems of Security & Fire Safety personnel of the factory.
∎ Asses the needs to ensure Safety & Security of the factory and needs of new Security guards as well as Firemen.
∎ Train the Safety & Security personnel and handle their grievances.
∎ Deal with incidents as and when required.
∎ Responsible for ensuring safe movement and addressing all issues related to Visits of Buyers/VIPs/Auditors and any other Delegations to the Factory Complex.
∎ Maintain liaison with Law enforcing agencies to get their assistance during crisis and develop interpersonal relation.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 2-5 years of Security Affair's related experience in Bangladesh Army.
∎ Retired Captain /Lieutenant/BMA Cadet from Bangladesh Army.
∎ Experienced in Intelligence/Military Police/RAB will be preferred.
∎ Well trained in safety and security operations
∎ Must have the mind set to travel in and around all complexes of DBL Group.
∎ Pro-active, self-motivated, enthusiastic and mission oriented.
∎ Good communication and strong presentation skills both in English & Bengali.
∎ Excellent team player along with interpersonal relationship skills.
∎ Conversant in MS-Office.
∎ Age: preferably within 40 years.
