Job Context:
∎ Summary: This position will be overall responsible for analyzing and improving revenue growth in SHN Pharmacies, dispensaries and clinics. This position will report to the CEO with a dotted reporting to the Chief/ GM, Clinical Services.
∎ Relationships:
∎ Reports to CEO with a dotted reporting to the Chief/ GM, Clinical Services
∎ Major interactions: Chief, Departmental Heads, Marketing, Finance & Accounts and Clinic Manager
∎ Minor Interactions: Service Delivery Team, Deputy Managers and Clinic Level staff
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Visit SHN clinics and pharmacies, identify revenue performance barrier and plan initiatives to remove barriers and improve business growth.
∎ Extract actionable insights based on analysis. Keep a sharp eye on revenue trend, track projection vs performance, analyze causes for underperformance and provide strategic direction to clinic managers and pharmacy sales team.
∎ Work in collaboration with clinic service, regional coordination, marketing and procurement teams to provide support to clinics in the areas of service quality, new initiatives, cost containment, promotion and timely supplies respectively to achieve the common goal of business growth towards sustainability.
∎ Understand regulatory implications and take timely actions.
∎ Deliver daily/ weekly/monthly/ quarterly/ yearly analytics on key business indicators to management.
∎ Extensively visit clinics and pharmacies, observe business/ service operations management at the local level and take initiatives to address issues that are critical for clinics' revenue performance.
∎ Carry out other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ A minimum of 8-10 years of experience with pharmaceutical companies or health-service based organizations is preferred.
∎ Ability to travel extensively across the country.
∎ High level of data handling ability.
∎ Proficient with modern analytics tools and technologies.
∎ Ability in strategic thinking and the ability to frame business problems.
∎ Presentable and deadline driven.
∎ Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
∎ Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Bangla.
∎ Intellectually curious and consistently seeking and developing new opportunities.
