Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for monitoring and reporting of 'high risk' products on workmanship and appearance on site.
∎ Leverage, authorize and monitor 3rd party inspections to improve quality performance at factory
∎ Responsible to provide monthly country quality performance metrics for all factories and participate in monthly VQM meetings.
∎ Investigate all DC audit escalations at factory and reports on RCA/CAP
∎ Review RCA/CAP activity at the factory and ensuring the use of best practice prior to sharing with VQM, Brand and Category
∎ Responsible for successfully onboarding new factories in country/region
∎ Regularly assess factory staff (VKR/FKR/DA) to ensure they meet GIS quality goals and expectations including adherence to COBC practices.
∎ Ensuring all FKR/DA findings/reports/documents are completed on time and communicate to business partners
∎ Responsible to sign-off on schedule for regular and unannounced factory audit, final inspections, DA correlations and Technical evaluations as required.
∎ Managing QAS and ensuring time and accurate input of final inspections
∎ Provide vendors/factories with knowledge and resources to support multiple Brands/Categories in product development, risk management, RCA/CAP, quality control and quality assurance in line with established best practices through regular training.
∎ Support the ability of vendors/factories to maximize their productivity and increase efficiency and quality of bulk shipments.
∎ Ensuring VQM team members are motivated, well trained, knowledgeable, behave ethically in GIS quality management processes, systems and tools.
∎ Monitor quarterly competency evaluations of all team members using assessment told provided by Center of Excellence.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in quality assurance and/or factories preferably in buying office with strong knowledge of factory operations and process
