Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters from any reputed institution.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Candidate will be responsible for directing, controlling, monitoring the plant and ensuring uninterrupted shipments & meeting the delivery schedule.
∎ Should have marketing capacity to negotiate with Buyer/Buying offices.
∎ Communication with Buyers and set meeting in their office or own office.
∎ Handling multiple buyers and multiple styles of different buyer at a time.
∎ Follow Up of full order from order receiving to shipment like yarn booking and capacity booking, updating production status, etc.
∎ Price negotiation with buyer of different styles as well as settling price for yarn, trims and accessories with different suppliers local and foreign.
∎ Day to day monitoring with production team for both execution and marketing.
∎ The Candidate should have sound and solid planning knowledge to ensure optimum capacity utilization.
∎ Ability to identify cost reduction opportunities through integrated planning information support and analysis.
∎ Through knowledge on key operations and cost parameters at every stage of the production process.
∎ Update Management about order and other necessary things on regular basis.
∎ To co-ordinate with merchandising and production departments for optimal Pricing/Production/Lead time/Shipment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have work experience in reputed sweater factories
∎ Strong communication, persuasion and presentation skills, both written and oral English.
Salary: Negotiable
