Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduate/ B.Sc in Industrial and Production Engineering or in a closely related subject from any reputed university ( KUET, CUET, RUET, SUST, DUET will be preferred )
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare monthly capacity plan and production plan coordination with merchandising & Planning dept.
∎ Monitor Plan vs Actual production.
∎ Do factory lay-out modification to reduce excess machine & operation.
∎ Line lay-out (paper lay-out) procedure set-up to reduce change over time.
∎ Manpower allocation to reduce excess manpower & production cost.
∎ Line balancing procedure set-up for equal work distribution and production improvement.
∎ Improve productivity through efficient use of available resources.
∎ Maintain machine balance of the factory which reduce excess rented machine.
∎ Recruit Operator through skill test to increase skill operator in all factory.
∎ Production staff recruitment through examination or test.
∎ Generate all the production & machine report and send it to relevant recipients.
∎ Reduce waste & lost time which ensure on time production and shipment; and reduce cost.

∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 7 years'of experience in any large garments factory.
