∎ M.com or MBA from any reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ 100% honest in all aspects.
∎ Directly deal with the department head and top management with 100% honesty and dedication.
∎ Arrangement of issuance of new Bond License and renewal of Bond License.
∎ Conducting yearly customs audit properly.
∎ Inclusion of raw material, allocation of quantity.
∎ Arrangement of issuance of Indemnity bond favoring customs authority to release the goods and release of indemnity bond before maturity.
∎ All other customs related work proficiently and independently.
∎ Proper knowledge on rules regulation of Customs and VAT.
∎ Preparing Import-Export Audit Statement & gathering all Export, Import, Bank & UD documents for yearly customs Audit.
∎ Issuing essential Customs bond permission, applies with proper documents, and does the job to execute the permission.
∎ Performing renewal of all licenses & certificates (Bond license, General bond, Trade license, IRC, ERC & EPB) on time & keep in custody.
∎ Maintaining regularly bond register in-bond & ex-bond & take customs bond concern signature after chemical import for chemical use adjustments.
∎ Completing statements & collecting related documents for submitting monthly VAT returns on time to the VAT office.
∎ Contact the bank for the necessary lien bank certificate, and BB PRC & carry out them accordingly.
∎ Preparing all documents & applications to issue new passbooks for port customs and assisting with C&F.
∎ Conducting Inspecting of factory with the customs concerned person.
∎ Performing the BTMC, CCI & E, NBR, EPB, BEPZA & City Corporation related to job & permission when the requirements arise.
∎ Any other task assigns by the supervisor as & when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ At least 10 years’ experience of handling Customs & Bond in a 100% Export Oriented Knit Composite Garments Industry.
∎ Applicant should have experience of commercial work in knit Composite Garments Industry.
∎ Strong communication skill in English is required for both speaking & writing.
∎ Should have knowledge of the customs & International Trade rules.
∎ Should have good knowledge of Bank activities, rules & regulations related to import/export.
∎ Having a sound knowledge of Clearing & Forwarding (C&F), Customs Bond rules & regulations etc.
∎ Should have ability to work under pressure.
