∎ Candidates having experience in Large Infrastructure Project will get preference.Dynamic & Target orientedShould have strong communication skill (both written and spoken English).Hard working, Dedicated, Responsible & Presentable.Good interpersonal skill.Planning & organizing skill.Self-motivated & flexible.Must have knowledge of MS application & ability to make PPT presentation will be added advantages.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for supervising and leading Corporate Sales team.
∎ To increase the business and profitability by marketing / selling relevant products to corporate customers through effective networking aggressive market penetration and product value propositions in the targeted segments to create new corporate clients.
∎ Ensuring that the departmental objective and marketing activities conform to the sales target.
∎ Researching and identifying sales opportunity, generating leads, target identification and classification.
∎ Reaching out to new corporate customers and making presentations or pitches outlining the benefits of product/ services.
∎ Understanding the client requirements and maintaining relationship with all potential and existing clients.
∎ Building and maintaining relationships with key corporate persons, civil & structural engineers, Architect & developers on regular basis.
∎ Collect adequate market information and through other required means, in formulating and implementing marketing strategies.
∎ Ensure Sales & Collection achievement as per annual sales budget.
∎ Tracking of competition strategies & activities and recommending necessary measures.
∎ Analyze and report sales performance with recommendation for improvement.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and effective customer service.
∎ Develop team spirit and motivated work force.
∎ Planned market and customer visit.
∎ Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly Market report on sales & distribution.
∎ Data reporting to management and gathering market intelligence.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management.
