Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering (Required)
∎ M.Sc in Textile Engineering-(Preferred)
∎ MBA In Marketing/Textiles (Preferred)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To identify and take various marketing strategies based on market characteristics, cost & markup factors and seasonal variations.
∎ Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products.
∎ To collect market data (competitor) continuously on pricing patterns and re-structure the strategy and align sales efforts accordingly & report to management.
∎ To ensure the achievement of periodic order booking and delivery targets for the company as part of the overall financial targets on sales and profitability and operational targets related to capacity utilization of the plant.
∎ To monitor the sales team by setting up of strategic sales target and providing them guidance to achieve them.
∎ To coordinate with operations and integrated planning for procurement, production planning, and timely dispatch.
∎ To follow-up with daily stock and delivery status.
∎ To monitor and close follow-up on Party Acceptance, Bank maturity/Acceptance, & payment collection.
∎ To maintain all communication with customers and developing strong relationships while maintaining customer satisfaction.
∎ To coordinate with production and quality assurance departments in addressing customers complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
∎ Able to work independently and under tight deadlines.
∎ Must have willingness to travel extensively.
∎ Any other duties as assigned by the management from time-to-time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 55 years
∎ At least 15 Years of experience in the sector of which 5 years experience as Sr.Manager /Head of Marketing & Sales in Spinning Mills Sector dealing with Local Sales only.
∎ Must have strong knowledge of processing Ring & Rotor spinning of 100% Cotton.
