∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production, Master of Science (MSc) in Industrial Eng & Production
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 12 year(s)

Industrial & Production Engineering, Lean Management, Planning, production management (Cutting), Production Management (Finishing), Production Management (Sewing), Quality control
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design layout of equipment, materials, and workspace to point up maximum efficiency using IE method/tools.
∎ Review production schedules, engineering specifications, orders, and related information to obtain knowledge of manufacturing methods, procedures, and activities.
∎ Setup every day’s standard input ratio & create sensitivity to worker about new method systematically in respect of garment manufacturing.
∎ Identify & eliminate bottlenecks that delay production associated schedules to meet ultimate standard and initiate simplification in the overall production process.
∎ Cause study against low production & collect lost time against low production and clarify standard operational break down to production people.
∎ Train workers with easy & distinctive methods to develop skilled workforce and initiate skill test for ongoing operators.
∎ Prepare monthly production & efficiency report, sewing alter-repair report, finishing alter-return report, needle broken report.
∎ To make daily production report with all required data & enlighten senior production people about updated production plan.
∎ Maintain an excellent co-ordination with production planning team; and generate substitute quality team & other production support team to ensure quality production & on time shipment.
∎ Communicate with management and user personnel to develop production and design standards.
∎ Estimate production cost and effect of product design changes for management review, action, and control.
∎ Make a bulletin against every style.
∎ Perform any task given by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years

∎ Should have strong interpersonal skills and leadership quality.
∎ Must be self motivated, energetic & capable to work under pressure.
∎ Fluency in English and computer operation skill required.
∎ Energetic, confident and proactive.
∎ Must be honest, sincere and professional in the duties.
