Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the verification, calculation, deduction and confirmation of bill payments for all individual business units
∎ Accomplish the objectives of billing department by measuring billing results against plans; improving operational methods and suggesting required changes
∎ Ensure the preparation and settlement of employees' final payment voucher by including required narration and revising the documents, if required
∎ Manage the approval of bills from authorized person and handover it to the Treasury Department for payment
∎ Ensure the preparation of treasury challan and handing over to suppliers by verifying the treasury code, party name, address and party TIN & VAT registration number accurately
∎ Responsible for managing the timely deposits of Tax & VAT amounts which are deducted from suppliers bills to the treasury/bank

Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have experience of professional ERP software
