Job Responsibilities:
∎ Setting quality standards for the factory following buyer's requirements and guidance for each departments and processes in factory.
∎ Responsible for any technical audit for all buyer.
∎ Capable to Train up newly hired quality personnel on company quality policies and how to use quality tools.
∎ Involvement in product development and sampling stage and take care of quality aspects of samples.
∎ Preparing audit report of the fabric and trims quality. Conducting pre-production meeting before production start.
∎ Perform in-line inspection and end-of-line inspection in sewing floor and finishing department as well as in house FI of the packed goods prior to offering shipment to buyer QA through 100 per cent piece-by-piece check in the finishing section.
∎ Responsible for analysis quality reports and prepare improvement plan.
∎ Communicate the importance of quality production to the employees and shop floor workers, and explain quality expectations by the management by maintaining clean and dry workplace, including storage rooms and shipping areas.
∎ Provide on-the-job training to workers Plan an ongoing program for machine maintenance avoiding puckering, oil stains, dust, dirt and other disturbance.
∎ Set up quality standards in cutting section by using records of the source of defects in fabric and cutting.
∎ Record defects by garment production lot, source of defects (fabric, cutting or assembly), type of defects etc.with improvement plans.
∎ Analyze inspection report data to identify sources of quality problems and takes necessary counter measures to reduce and improve future results.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 34 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have good computer literacy especially MS Outlook, MS office, Internet.
∎ Must have good command over spoken & written English and effective interpersonal and communication skill.
