∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable to handle full Production and Quality responsibility for 40 Lines.
∎ Candidate should have working experience as Overall Responsibility. (Production and Planning)
∎ Having experience 100% export oriented Compliance knit factory with utilize of proper manpower & materials to achieve maximum efficiency.
∎ Analyzing, controlling and reducing cost in an effective and efficient manner
∎ Establish and maintain operational guidelines, procedures and practices
∎ Monitor operational performance and improve existing performance.
∎ Monitoring the activities of full production.
∎ Responsible for all activities from Cutting to shipment,
∎ Clear knowledge on IE target and SMV.
∎ Provide technical supports when required quality level.
∎ Should have knowledge about production administration and Compliance.
∎ Continuous follow up on production performance and drive towards scheduled.
∎ Report to the authority in details time to time.
∎ Ensure accurate & optimal capacity planning on cost reduction and increased.
∎ Coordinate activities with supply chain and review materials positions
∎ Prepare and monitor budget to achieve goals in line with company goals.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the area(s): Ready-made Knit garments.
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team of workers & staffs.
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
∎ Good in planning and analytical skills.
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills.
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.
