∎ Oriental Real Estate Ltd. is looking for a young, energetic, target oriented, self motivated and proactive person who has vast proven practical sales experience (Residential and Commercial space sales) in Real Estate Industry.
∎ The candidate must have proper knowledge on Real Estate Development sector and will be responsible for Manage Sales team, Train sales Staffs, Maintain excellent communication & relationship with both current and potential Clients, Meet with Clients in a regular basis and staying updated on Real Estate Industry in Bangladesh.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidate will be responsible to look after customer quarries, product promotion activities, Counseling with Clients, arranging corporate sales meeting, tale-marketing to activities to create customer relationship, site visit with client, daily sales reporting to superior, communicating related govt./ private stakeholders, attend local fair/ event for Business developments.
∎ Should have sound administrative command over sales & marketing function.
∎ Managing existing & potential customers by regular client visit & follow-up.
∎ Building an effective Relationship with the customers & maintain Client Database in proper way.
∎ Research and Analyze Real Estate Market Trends, Competitor Offerings and Other Information that Affects Business Sales Strategies.
∎ Capacity to assess the customer needs, what he actually wants and start the negotiation process accordingly and finalize the deal under consultation with higher authority.
∎ Dedicated to monthly sales & target achieve, collection within time, Ensure to acquire long term dues Collection.
∎ Perform digital marketing activities through social media & other ways as well.
∎ To perform other duties & responsibilities as assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 55 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates from Real Estate or Developers company in similar field are highly encourage to apply.
∎ Must have strong personality, positive attitude and data management ability to prioritize task.
∎ Proven track record in selling High-end (Exclusively Luxurious) apartments and commercial space.
∎ Good communication & Negotiation skills
∎ Ability to work under pressure and beyond office hours (if needed)
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, analytical ability, and multitasking capacity.
