Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement sales strategies to meet the company’s growth objectives in the trader sales.
∎ Planning to achieve Sales Target: Through Distributions & productivity, increase product coverage visibility & merchandising.
∎ Group & SKU wise sales plan & Executions Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly.
∎ Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to capture market share.
∎ Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to refine sales approaches and report to supervisor accordingly.
∎ Lead, mentor, motivate, train and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team targets.
∎ Monitor & Evaluate weekly sales order schedule, daily sales Target & Achievement.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with traders and distributors in the electrical industry. Attending to the distribution point according to the tour plan & confirmation the timely attendance of all team members.
∎ Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback and training to enhance team performance.
∎ Realization of sales proceeds & timely ensure primary, secondary sales & collection.
∎ Conduct sales review meeting with field force on regular basis and give proper guidelines.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and yearly sales reports as per management requirements.
∎ Monitor promotional program.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management.
∎ We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sr. Manager/ Assistant General Manager, Sales & Marketing for our Trader Sales & Marketing team. The Sr. Manager/ Assistant General Manager will be responsible for driving sales strategies, leading a team of sales professionals to achieve targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical products, a deep understanding of the trader market, and a proven track record in sales management.
