Responsibilities & Context:
Look after over all sewing process as per buyer standard.
Layout completion of new style of responsible area.
Reduce QCO time.
Make sure all bulk sewing methods, attachments, external machineries, guides and patterns before line feeding.
Make sure next day input, trims, accessories before leaving and submit the report to production.
Collect monthly production plan & execute that with team.
Focus on 1st hour productivity & efficiency.
Do closing meeting with team regarding next day forecast, balancing & inputs.
