∎ Self-confident to make decision with no delay for any quality issues in the sewing line. Sincere, active, & team player.

∎ The candidate must have experience in the denim garment process.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To review pilot-run garments and advise necessary technical corrections before washing and starting bulk production.
∎ Make sure that all sizes are set to solve possible measurement problems.
∎ Real-time decision-making to continue the smooth process operation and taking initiatives or preventive action to avoid any quality violation.
∎ Continue following up, giving proper guidelines to subordinates, and monitoring their daily activities.
∎ Monitoring daily worker and staff absenteeism and making balance through redistribution of the existing manpower to ensure proper functional execution, and in case of shortage, arranging the manpower by supporting superiors.
∎ Arrange a daily awareness & task review meeting with all subordinates (QC, QA, and supervisor) to make a proper daily work plan and track the pending activities to be done on a priority basis.
∎ Preparing or summarising weekly, monthly, or any periodical quality inspection analysis reports to track the quality progression or degradation.
∎ Ensure tasks are assigned within a real time frame as given by the reporting manager & HOD.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
