Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/Masters in marketing from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and implement an effective sales drives that ensure monthly sales and revenue target.
∎ Directly work on sales of plot/flat independently.
∎ Responsible for Sales and Marketing for plot/flat sales.
∎ Meet the objectives and targets of the Sales and Corporate Marketing.
∎ Develop strategies to increase volume of sales.
∎ Develop and implement marketing plans and maintain current market and develop relation with new clients.
∎ Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.
∎ Must be capable of generating own enquiries and close deals independently.
∎ Must be committed, self-motivated and dynamic.
∎ Plan fortnightly for regular activities and phone call to prospects & clients, external & internal visit.
∎ Generate new customers for increasing data bank as per instruction
∎ Keep regular communication with existing clients for future prospect generation.
∎ Maintain reports and daily work schedules.
∎ Very good in English communication & computer literacy skill is must.
∎ Identify the market opportunities for future sales.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 03-05 years' practical experience in real estate or housing company.
∎ The candidate should be smart, intelligent, fluent in Bengali & English language, a team player, must have a proven skill in negotiation, building inter-personal relationship, good social contacts etc.
∎ The candidate shall have the attitude to work in a challenged and pressured environment.
