Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline.
Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a young, dynamic and energetic marketing and sales Executive who has experience in the Bangladesh Real Estate industry. This candidate should have at least 2 to 3 years of proven experience in marketing lands, obtaining leads for the sales team to pursue and constantly find ways to innovate and integrate said innovations into the company.
∎ Department : Sales & Marketing Department
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To work as an individual and capability for marketing, sales and business development of residential and industrial plots in corporate bodies and in various institutions independently.
∎ Plan and execute marketing plan and promotional activities for brand awareness building and market development.
∎ Should be self-motivated to enhance the overall sales & marketing conditions of the projects under the organization resembling the highest Quality and sincerity.
∎ Should be able to work under pressure.
∎ Must be self-motivated and dynamic.
∎ Solicit potential clients to buy lands.
∎ To communicate with prospective buyers to see the Lands.
∎ Highly knowledgeable on Land/ Real Estate business and present market scenario.
∎ Should have positive mind-set to achieve target monthly, quarterly & yearly strategic marketing plan
∎ Able to communicate with wide network of different professionals/business men and look for prospective customers.
∎ To look after customer queries with satisfaction and relationship develop.
∎ Acquire New Customers & visit Projects frequently.
∎ Follow-up Clients through Phone Calls, Emails & Physical visit to generate Sales.
∎ Any other task assigned by Management.
∎ Applicants who have previous experience in selling Projects in land or real estate sector will get preference.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales & Marketing.
∎ Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
∎ Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills.
∎ Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the customer needs.

∎ Negotiable
