• Prepare sales planning and monthly sales forecasts. Prepare yearly/quarterly/monthly sales plans.

• Develop sales forecasts based on market demand.

• Conduct competitor analysis and develop sales strategies.

• Identify potential markets, customers, and distribution channels.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.

• Participate in branding and promotional activities.

• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.

• Maintain daily sales call reports and customer visit reports. Guide and monitor daily tasks of the sales team members.

• Participate in fairs, seminars, workshops, and promotional events.

• Coordinate marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities. Maintain effective communication with the sales team and senior management. Work closely with customer service to resolve client issues quickly. 

• Provide instructions and task allocations to the marketing/sales team.

• Conduct training and development activities for team members.

• Support the team in achieving sales targets through guidance and motivation.
