∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in Denim Washing (Wet Process);
∎ An in-depth knowledge and experience of the Wet process;
∎ Hands-on experience on Ozone, Resin wash, Bleach Wash, Dying, Towel, Acid, Enzyme Wash, etc;
∎ Up-to-date knowledge and skills in garment manufacturing and washing;
∎ In-depth knowledge about denim products and quality control mechanisms of buyers;
∎ Team Leader with proactive interpersonal skills;
∎ Ability to work hard and control Pressure;
∎ Open-minded approach towards learning new skills and sharpening existing skill sets;
∎ Result-oriented and a strong desire for success;
∎ Self-starter & proactive;
∎ Good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Check all the Wet process and preparation phases necessary to produce a costume in the allotted time;
∎ Monitor Wet process production and ensure optimum utilization of man, machine, and material in the Wet process section;
∎ Increase productivity and reduce Labor costs through updating the information i;e; problems;
∎ Faced daily and gave targets to the workers with the help of in-charge and supervisor;
∎ Apply the Wet process procedures and standards stated in the Wet process agreement;
∎ Plan to remain no more than .35% wastage at the Wet process stage;
∎ Ensure the necessary operation as required by the buyers;
∎ Evaluate staff performance, disciplinary matters, training needs, and career development Plans;
∎ Lead safety, quality, and compliance activities in the workplace to ensure zero NC;
∎ Comply with clean desk policy in place to increase productivity and stay organized;
∎ Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy site;
∎ Handle other responsibilities and projects, as assigned from time to time.
