• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Must be highly motivated and willing to work in the plant

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement cold chain business distribution plans and strategies aligned with company goals.

• Manage distribution budgets and identify cost-effective measures to optimize spending.

• Lead and mentor the distribution team, providing training, guidance and performance evaluations.

• Analyze distribution data to improve delivery times, operational efficiency and service quality.

• Oversee, optimize and coordinate the entire order-to-delivery cycle to ensure seamless operations.

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and regulatory standards throughout the distribution process.
