Must have adequate knowledge of HS code, Customs Act, Import-Export Policy, Bond formalities and other related laws applicable for import & export, UD & BGMEA.
Responsibilities & Context:
Northern Corporation Limited, a reputed company, manufacturing garments for world class global brands is looking for dynamic and result-oriented professional to join in our commercial team to support our continuous business growth.
- Research, develop, and manage export business plans, trade agreements and export strategies.
- Ensure compliance of import and export laws and regulations.
- Handle documentation, such as Bills of Lading, packing lists, certificates of origin, invoices, and commercial agreements.
- Arrange transportation of goods.
- Negotiate freight rates and taxes.
- Meet with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders as needed.
- Evaluate customer feedback and take corrective action.
- Monitor market trends and develop strategies to increase export sales.
- Must have capable to dealing all UD & BGMEA related work.
- Follow up all UP, UD formalities with BGMEA.
- Look after the job all UD & BGMEA related requirements.
- Prepare and ensure required documentations for UD & BGMEA.
- Prepare custom book entry as per UD consumption.
- Follow up Annual UD.
