∎ Minimum 7-8 years of hands-on experience in laser dry process (woven garments), with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
∎ Strong knowledge of laser software.
∎ Excellent leadership and team management skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Act as Unit Lead for the laser dry process department, managing daily operations, manpower, and productivity.
∎ Operate, calibrate, and maintain laser machines to execute buyer-specific designs and effects.
∎ Interpret laser artwork and ensure accurate implementation on garments with consistency and quality.
∎ Collaborate with the sample development team to produce laser samples during the product development stage.
∎ Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and buyer-specific standards.
∎ Train and supervise operators/technicians to ensure high output and technical efficiency.
∎ Monitor workflow, minimize rework/rejection, and ensure on-time delivery of production targets.
