∎ ’Ashiyan Lands Developments Ltd', a sister concern of Ashiyan Group is looking for a young, dynamic, and energetic marketing and sales Sr. Executive/Assistant. Manager experienced in the Bangladeshi Real Estate/ Land Development industry. This candidate should have at least 05 years of proven experience in sales & marketing.
∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ Highly knowledgeable in the Land/ Real Estate business.
∎ Plan and implement an effective sales drive that ensures the team's monthly sales and revenue target.
∎ Responsible for selling land/plots.
∎ Identify the market opportunities for future sales.
∎ Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
∎ Find Prospective Clients by door-to-door field visit.
∎ Arrange project visits for the clients as per requirement.
∎ Build strong relationships with prospects and customers.
∎ Ready to work in any situation. Any other tasks assigned by the management.
