  • Proven track record of success in sales, with 3-5 years of experience in the freight forwarding industry.

  • Strong English communication skills (both spoken and written)

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to target export-import businesses and generate leads

  • Create a pipeline of qualified prospects according to organization objectives.

  • Planning for achievement of monthly or annual targets with revenues.

  • Conduct/organize regular sales visits by planning for commodity and trade lane wise market coverage.

  • Maintain systematic updates of customer details on regular basis (i.e. competition, prospects, leads).

  • Candidate should have potential & corporate client base.

  • Exchange quality sales leads with an overseas network

  • Attending local trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings

  • Actively engage with export-import companies through various channels including cold calling, networking events, industry associations, and online platforms.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific logistics needs and providing tailored solutions.

  • Present sales proposals, quotations, and presentations to prospective clients.
