∎ Minimum 7-8 years of experience in manual dry processing in the woven RMG sector, with proven experience in a supervisory role.
∎ In-depth knowledge of manual dry process techniques and their quality standards.
∎ Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Overseeing all dry process activities such as Whiskering, tagging, grinding, PP spray, and other manual techniques.
∎ Coordinate with the Product Development and Washing teams to support sample and bulk production timelines.
∎ Manage and train workers/operators to maintain high-quality output and reduce process variability.
∎ Monitor efficiency, productivity, and safety practices within the unit.
∎ Maintain documentation and process compliance in line with buyer and audit requirements.
∎ Troubleshoot process-related issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
